Located in an architecturally significant enclave, the residence is defined by loft-like living, a dramatic double-height living room, and a striking casement window that frames open southern exposure and fills the space with natural light.

The design approach focuses on layering texture, warmth, and material richness while thoughtfully preserving and celebrating the home’s existing architectural character.
