Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases and services rendered by StudioN&TL LLC ("Studio N&TL", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing from or engaging with Studio N&TL, you ("Client" or "Buyer") agree to the following terms.

HOLDS

Studio N&TL does not hold items longer than 24 hours without full payment. After 24 hours, held items will be returned to inventory unless payment has been received in full.

PAYMENT

Studio N&TL accepts payment by credit card, check, wire transfer, or cash. All sales are final, and payments are nonrefundable once a transaction is completed. Pricing does not include applicable sales tax, shipping, or delivery fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

RETURNS / STORE CREDIT

All sales are final. Studio N&TL does not accept returns or offer store credit for any item, including vintage or made-to-order items. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items may include wear consistent with age or handcrafted characteristics.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING

Studio N&TL can assist with arranging shipping or delivery quotes upon request. However:

  • Buyers must inspect items within 24 hours of delivery and report any shipping damage or discrepancies to Studio N&TL within 48 hours so we can assist in initiating a claim with the courier.

  • Studio N&TL is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once an item is in possession of the shipping carrier or third-party delivery service.

  • If a client declines the Studio’s delivery quote, it is their sole responsibility to arrange alternative shipping.

If delivery is delayed due to Buyer action or unavailability, Studio N&TL reserves the right to place the goods in storage and charge a storage fee of $30/day until delivery is accepted. Storage fees must be paid in full before items are released.

PICK-UP

Clients opting for pick-up must retrieve their item(s) within 7 days of purchase. After this period, a $30/day storage fee will be charged.

If items are not picked up or shipping is not arranged within 30 days, the item(s) will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold at the discretion of Studio N&TL. No refund will be issued.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Studio N&TL shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the purchase, handling, or installation of any item. This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from third-party shipping providers, contractors, vendors, or subcontractors.

Studio N&TL does not make any guarantees regarding delivery timelines or product suitability beyond what is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
